Aqua class times: We have two aqua classes a week:

Wednesday 6:30-7:25pm
Friday 6:00-6:55pm

Price: $25 per class or pre-purchase a block of ten classes for $210

Location: Hydrotherapy pool, Repat Hospital
216 Daws Rd, Daw Park, SA 5041 (corner of Daws Rd and Goodwood Rd).

The pool is 25 meters long, 9 meters wide and is disinfected with a combination of chlorine and ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet light not only sterilises the water, it removes the chlorine smell often associated with indoor swimming pools. The water temperature is set at a balmy 34 C, with the room air heated around the pool deck and also in the change rooms.

Pilates class times: We also have two land-based Pilates classes a week:

Tuesday 6:15-7:10pm
Wednesday 10:30-11:30am (Mum’s and Bub’s class)
